To refer a patient to a specific NurtureNest specialist, please call the phone number listed for that specialist in our 059 208 3063. If you need help navigating to the right department, our Physician Referral associate will support you, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m EST.
To assist with complex referrals that need clinical follow up, our practice liaison nursing team, is available to ensure the patient is seen by the appropriate NurtureNest department, clinic, or specialty program. Additionally, our nursing team is able to provide care coordination for patients traveling from across the West Africa with complex medical needs, and those requiring multiple appointments during their visit.
Our specialists are available to assist you and your patients with an array of services. You may refer patients to the hospital, to a particular service or to an individual specialist for consultation, diagnosis or treatment.
